- Provide, maintain, and operate the Crews Solutions platform.
- Communicate with you about your account, including transactional emails such as invoices, purchase orders, and service notifications.

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each service receives only the minimum data necessary to perform its function:
- Clerk — handles user authentication, login, and session management. Clerk receives your email address and profile information.
- Stripe — processes all payments and manages subscriptions. Stripe receives your payment details and billing address.
- Resend — delivers transactional emails such as invoices, purchase orders, and account notifications. Resend receives your email address and the content of those messages.
- PostHog — provides product analytics to help us understand how the platform is used and where we can improve. PostHog receives anonymized usage and device data.

4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS.
- Data stored in our database is encrypted at rest.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by role-based access controls.
